Villa Niccolò

This marvellous villa is located in one of the quietest neighbourhoods of Praiano, the villa is air conditioned and it is composed into two large double rooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with shower, one with whirlpool bathtub), that give access to one of the terraces, the lower, which in turn allows you to enter the garden. The open-space living room is furnished with a dining table for up to six guests and gives access to the second terrace, the perfect setting for your outdoor activities, as it is provided with sun chairs and umbrellas, while the fully equipped kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals: among the others, you can find the fridge, freezer and both microwave and electric oven and a bathroom with toilet.
On the ground floor there is a third double droom.
You are in the centre of Praiano with its shops and restaurants, this villa is completely noiseless. Due to the ample space it is the right spot for everybody. Groups of friends or families, everybody will find his space to retreat, if he likes. You reach the beach of Marina La Praia on foot in 15 minutes otherwise you can use the bus. The stop is at 250 meters from the villa. The bus is also connecting the other well known towns like Positano, Ravello or Amalfi.
Villa Niccolo’ provides also a private parking lot for a standard car like VW Golf.
